Howen International Fund SPC was set up under the jurisdiction of Cayman Island in 2017.

INVESTMENT MANAGER AND ADMINISTRATOR

Almas Capital Limited is the fund manager and ONS Finserv Limited is the Administrator.

FUND STRATEGY

(i) Invest, through equity related or debt related instruments and in listed or unlisted companies which invest in any business sector, including real estate and real estate projects and companies focused on but not limited to commercial, residential, retail, lodging and leisure developments;

(ii) to invest in distressed corporate debt or companies with the aim of achieving returns through re-structuring of the debt and/or the underlying assets of such companies; and

(iii) to invest in market and off-market instruments.

Sector Diversification

The fund diversifies into many sectors to avail required exposure, currently retail, mining, transmission comprising the biggest chunk. Entertainment, Banking and finance have moderate exposure that have prove to generate stable Streams of revenue. The fund also capitalizes on precious Metals and commodities as alternative investments to enhance returns. SECTOR

Fund Objective

The primary objective of the Fund is to provide its shareholders with maximum Short to medium term capital appreciation through a combination of debt and equity investment. Fund many sub funds that diversify over different strategies like Trade Finance, Real Estate, Fixed Income and Renewable Energy.
